At Coco Curls, we want you to love your hair journey; if a product isn't the right fit for your curls, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We offer easy returns and exchanges on all gently used items to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in every bottle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
